My favorite card of 2013

Don't look at me like that. I haven't even shown you my favorite card from 2012 yet.

This insert from Topps Heritage is my favorite card from 2013. I find it endlessly amusing.

If you do, too, then you can be my friend.

(P.S.: The only thing that would make it better is if it was part of the base set).

No, the only thin g that would make it better, is if Randall Simon got a card in that insert set.

Fine choice - Phungo had something similar a few years back http://phungo.blogspot.com/2009/02/phungo-cards-abraham-lincoln.html

This is one of those cards that will always make me chuckle.

I like it. It's like Charlie Brown winning a baseball game or the Washington Generals beating the Globetrotters. My wife really likes the racing sausages the Brewers have.

How did I not know about this card? It's fantastic. I must obtain one.

I don't know how national the news was, but this was a HUGE deal in the DC metro area when they finally let Teddy win. Website petitions were pimped, t-shirts were everywhere imploring the powers that be to let Teddy win. And of course with the subsequent playoff collapse and an under-performing 2013, there is rumored to be a Teddy Curse going around...

So if Teddy never wins... any data on which of the three other presidents have the most wins?

Here's the wiki link with a lot of info including season standings for 2013 and overall standings. Taft was new for 2013.

I saw Teddy Roosevelt on the checklist but never imagined that was the card. How did this get by me? How do I not own this card? Must. Obtain.
