Collecting a debt

I don't have any time to post today. I have to go to work, squeeze in some errands along the way, then duck out of work early so I can watch a certain game tonight.

So, I'll leave you with this: the Phillies ended up with Greg "Bull" Luzinski, one of the most feared power hitters of the late 1970s.

The Dodgers ended up with Ryan "Baby Bull" Luzinski. He didn't even get an at-bat in the majors.

Phillies, I think you owe us one.

GO CLAYTON!

Comments

how did the baby bull not make it? the phils definitely owe you on that one... i blame you for this, but i am actually rooting for the dodgers. i am rooting for a west coast series. i can barely believe it myself...Go Dodgers! Go Angels! comment complete.

I'd call it even. Phillies fans had to live through Black Friday - Game 3 of the 1977 NLCS. In return, the Dodgers had to take the first born son.

I've got parent/teacher conferences tonight, so the best I'll be able to do will be to keep up with the gamecast online.
