Play ball! (2019)

It's tradition around here to mark the start of the baseball season with an annual post.

This is the 10th anniversary of the first time I did this.

I've added to my collection since that point, but I'm starting to run out of cards for some of these teams.

A little insight into how I select the cards for this post: my only rule is to not use the same card. I've broken that rule just once, inadvertently (stupid Koji Uehara). But this time I researched all my previous Play Ball posts to make sure I didn't repeat any card.

It was a little more fun when I didn't have to back-check all the cards I've already used. It was also more fun when the Dodgers weren't losing the World Series every year, and the Cubs hadn't won since 1908 so I didn't have to see that blasted 2016 Topps design each time.

But that's all incidental. Because tomorrow is OPENING DAY!
