With any other player a hat-less side profile pic would definitely suck, but you have to balance that against the fact that this is probably the only card of him that adequately showcases his brilliant set of curls, which are usually obscured by a hat or batting helmet on his other cards. Its a must-have item for the Carter collector for that reason.Seanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13681778110046124243noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2700049103080920994.post-61856563701978419782019-04-21T22:23:30.324-04:002019-04-21T22:23:30.324-04:00Rare to see head-only profile pictures of a baseba...Rare to see head-only profile pictures of a baseball player in a batting helmet, kind of makes this small set unique. I still have an unopened clear plastic wrapped pack. I'm sure I knew this 30 years ago(or I would have opened the pack to see what the other cards were) but can't recall now: did the cards always come in the same order, correlation wise? The pack I have has 3 cards in it with a Wade Boggs showing as the top card. Id love to know what the other two cards in the pack are.Zvonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14248402757083992055noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2700049103080920994.post-20384413649221517172019-04-21T01:09:48.165-04:002019-04-21T01:09:48.165-04:00Old Cards isn't joking.
