He is perceived (rightly or wrongly) by most Met fans as being an expensive bust, due mostly to injuries and striking out looking to end the 2006 NLCS.Bohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10955725607806692792noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2700049103080920994.post-18334957651104537962012-07-15T06:22:24.294-04:002012-07-15T06:22:24.294-04:00But "ninnies" is such a fun word to say....But "ninnies" is such a fun word to say. I said I'm bored about the endless arguments over who and who should not be in the Hall of Fame.

I think if Beltran continues on the pather that he's on, he's a sure Hall of Famer. But I'm not going to get bent out of shape and start compiling essays and charts and graphs and calling voters ninnies if he isn't inducted.night owlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11673973790245316059noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2700049103080920994.post-89079715263220050962012-07-15T02:35:53.317-04:002012-07-15T02:35:53.317-04:00After looking again at Lynn's stats, I want to...After looking again at Lynn's stats, I want to retract my previous statement reference his Hall-worthiness.

JT, The Writer's JourneyJason T. LOL

I don't see Beltran as a HOFer. Very consistent, very good, but not a HOFer. His similarity scores don't line him up with anyone in the Hall currently, although the guy he is most similar with (Fred Lynn) should be in Cooperstown in my opinion.

JT, The Writer's JourneyJason T. ((And he doesn't have those count numbers and will not likely reach 3000 or 500).

If he does go, though, I'd like to see him go as a Royal.Nathanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09063200864403610622noreply@blogger.com
