The box came with some limited edition cards. (Limited to their boxes; probably not worth anything) Sad to hear the chain is going. It was second to Target in my list of favourite 'big' stores and above Walmart. There are even still 2008 Phillies World Champion boxes. They are building a Target a block away which I imagine will kill this K-Mart, maybe be able to get some cheap cards when it goes out of business.Bohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10955725607806692792noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2700049103080920994.post-49604595068870452422017-08-03T07:34:07.503-04:002017-08-03T07:34:07.503-04:00We are losing half of the remaining K-Marts in thi...We are losing half of the remaining K-Marts in this area in the next few months. 3-5 years ago we had 7, we'll be down to 2.Dawgboneshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09795429019912746620noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2700049103080920994.post-21521116976288806782017-08-03T07:09:06.593-04:002017-08-03T07:09:06.593-04:00There is a still open Kmart a few blocks from wher...There is a still open Kmart a few blocks from where I live. Our local store hadn't had many cards lately, but the first boxes of both NBA and NASCAR that I ever opened came from there.Billy Kingsleyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11847326710191224832noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2700049103080920994.post-7617420799422905562017-08-03T01:12:19.957-04:002017-08-03T01:12:19.957-04:00Oh man the collation on those is laughable. I've always wondered how many of those sets they actually produced. They were the "Junk Wax" version of boxed sets. Okay... enough negativity. Nice find. I'd buy those packs for a $1 all day/every day.Fujihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00749100861086458307noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2700049103080920994.post-57066265504996680932017-08-02T20:00:08.904-04:002017-08-02T20:00:08.904-04:00I spent a small fortune for series 1 of 2016 and w...I spent a small fortune for series 1 of 2016 and was really disappointed with the collation and return on my investment so for series 2 I bought a hobby box and was much happier. Even with getting autos and relics, though, it simply isn't worth it, to my mind, to go out in search of making a set unless you truly have disposable income. Otherwise, it makes more sense to wait until July and just buy a factory set for $50 or $60. Not that you asked! Sorry to take up comment space. I'm happy to hear about the blender, though... I have some 2016 Trayce Thompson's you can chuck in there...Peter K Steinberghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08502746737530418049noreply@blogger.com
