Where I used to live in Missouri there is a used book store that used to sell cards. They still have a small assortment of packs that they haven't got rid of since they quit selling cards back on 1992 or whenever it was they quit. Last year I visited and stopped in that book store and they still had a stack of 89 Sportsflics packs for sale. Thought it was a good deal.
Oh, and DO NOT go after the SPs. I busted three boxes of the stuff and they are truly SPs. You'd have to pick them up via Ebay, sportlosts, COMC or something.
Lastly, eleven year old me is tickled to know you needed the Tim Leary Sportflics card. That was my favorite set to build back in the day!P-town Tomhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07437348006643978055noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2700049103080920994.post-64573261296810881242016-10-21T09:18:27.219-04:002016-10-21T09:18:27.219-04:00Waiting to assault your HH want list....Waiting to assault your HH want list....GCAhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14713246271197550543noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2700049103080920994.post-69856222654027518262016-10-21T06:04:21.697-04:002016-10-21T06:04:21.697-04:00Nice Desert shield card!Nice Desert shield card!Matthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02949460127063264497noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2700049103080920994.post-3906483546238316952016-10-20T22:57:47.005-04:002016-10-20T22:57:47.005-04:00Hometown Heroes was one of my favorites as well, a...Hometown Heroes was one of my favorites as well, although the Red Sox checklist was not quite as outside-the-box. Mike Greenwell, Ellis Burks, and Jason Varitek were probably the most unusual players for them. I was also a little disappointed that Sandy Alomar Jr. did not make it into the set.Metallattorneyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05697604772912635416noreply@blogger.com
