Anytime I see the name "Roy Smalley", I think of this card. I guess that's because I remember that All-Star banner. On the base card, as it should be.<br /><br />You mentioned Freddie Patek. IINM, the year after he started the All-Star game, Topps for some reason left the banner off his card.
